So, what's left to be done? If you no longer wish to have your reviews publicly posted, you may delete them by going into the "Your Account" link on the website and selecting "Reviews". That's one thing, if you would find it important to delete those. For the rest, and that's always the last thing you could do: simply contact them and request deletion.

This is also one of the sites for which it seems nearly impossible to find a proper email or webform for contact. You could try this: privacy@netflix.com

Obviously Netflix may not be allowed to delete all your data because of legal reasons, which is mostly the case with commercial sites. You oughta know that by now.

In alle Felder mit persönlichen Daten (zum Beispiel Name, Adresse, Stadt) fügen Sie AccountKiller ein, wenn dies möglich ist. Wenn Sie nur aus einigen Optionen wählen können, verändern Sie den Wert. Wenn möglich, benutzen Sie das URL-Feld oder ein langes Textfeld (zB Beschreibung) und fügen sie diese Adresse ein: http://www.accountkiller.com/removal-requested. Dies kann den Webmaster dazu anregen, den Account zu entfernen.

TIPP gut zu wissen

Öffentlich sichtbare Texte bzw. Bilder werden oft nicht mitgelöscht, selbst wenn das Konto erfolgreich entfernt wurde. Versuchen Sie, alle Daten von Ihrem Konto zu löschen, bevor Sie es entfernen. Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, was mit Ihren daten geschieht, können Sie Netflix direkt kontaktieren und persönlich fragen. Des Weiteren kann es sein, dass "gelöschte" Daten aus technischen oder legalen Gründen weiterhin aufbewahrt werden.

Wenn Sie nicht die Kontaktdaten finden können, aber immer noch Fragen haben (zum Beispiel eine Frage, welche Daten genau gelöscht werden, ob nach Löschung noch Daten gespeichert bleiben, etc.), dann können Sie den Domain-Inhaber kontaktieren mit diesen Information.
