Please send us the following information through the ticket system (to be found here ):

- A screen shot of an online bank or billing statement (On-line bank transaction screenshots only - We do not consider screenshots of email inbox notification), demonstrating any World of Tanks payments.

- We also need the following information regarding your account registration:

When did you register your account?

What city did you register your account in?

What ISP (Internet Service Provider) did you use to log in and register your account?

- A brief explanation as to why you would like your account to be permanently closed.

TIP good to know

Publicly visible text/images often aren't properly deleted even when you succeed in deleting an account. Try editing or deleting them manually before deleting the account itself. If you're unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact World of Tanks and ask personally. By the way, deletion requests don't necessarily mean your data will actually be deleted (e.g. due to legal obligations).

TIP Remove third-party logins

If you signed up for World of Tanks using a third-party login such as Facebook or Twitter, you probably want to revoke all access from World of Tanks. Click the icon below to find out how.
