For website (domain) accounts within your GoDaddy account, visit http://help.godaddy.com/article/5

For your GoDaddy account itself (obviously including possible domains you have, and payments), follow the steps named here: http://community.godaddy.com/groups/go-daddy-customers/forum/topic/how-to-delete-my-godaddy-account/?sid=2472115&sp=1

As on many other sites, your account information will not be truly erased from the databases (due to 'legal reasons' that are mostly not explained in detail).

CONSEJO bueno saber

Publicly visible text/images often aren't properly deleted even when you succeed in deleting an account. Try editing or deleting them manually before deleting the account itself. If you're unsure what happens to your tracks you can always contact GoDaddy and ask personally. By the way, deletion requests don't necessarily mean your data will actually be deleted (e.g. due to legal obligations).
