You can’t delete your BioWare account.

Generally, for EA / Origin accounts, this is what we found on their forums: To close an account, you will need to contact Customer Support: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask . Once complete, select from the options at the top of the list, and you will be presented with up to 3 different ways of speaking with a representative.
