You cannot delete your NBA account. Funny thing is, “how do I cancel my account” is mentioned on the contact page – but the info seems to be removed.
Try to contact them via http://www.nba.com/allaccess/contactus.html – fill out the form and ask for account removal. Choose “Technical issues” from the drop down list.
