  1. I ordered $300.00 worth of soap and only got 11 bath balls. I think your company robs people like me for one. I will attach a picture of my receipt I found in the bottom of my box I want my money back because there is no way I’m paying $300.00 for 22 bath balls. Which is supposed to be 18 the on the phone said. I got the Queen of bath bundle like I said didn’t include all that it should of. Thanks.

  2. I got ripped off as well. Ordered the queen of the bundle and didn’t get any of them. If you are thinking of ordering please don’t. You will not get all that you ordered and will be frustrated just me.

  3. I am a victim of Bubbly Belle. I ordered over $200 and received 21 bombs 1 was busted. I accepted it never asked for refund. Then l ordered l lavender oil and a diffuser bracelet set. I received the one oil a free necklace but no bracelet set. I notified the company that day. They received their money.l was told to send a picture of what l received l did; along with my email to them l never heard back
    I talked with Vick, a person from home office. Told him how unhappy l was ,he said they received my email, but; no picture,l sent the . Of course how could they get one and not the other when sent together. I requested to cancel my account. No refund available after 30 days. So l paid ask for help . They got their money. I got the shaft. I also got no confirmation number of notifications cancelation. I hope to never hear from this company again. I feel robbed and think this is not the last l will have to deal with them.

  7. I also received bathbombs l did not ordered l sent one back and l received another, l called to cancel they told me to take it to the post office, and have them show proof they have been returned and l would get a credit, l hope so! I won’t deal with them anymore either! What a shame!

  8. This is the third month bubbly Belle has taken $32 00 out of my account. I didn’t know I had signed up for their club where they take money off your card every month .I have tried to cancel two other times with no luck.i am disabled and live on very little money. I have explained that each time they take this money out of my account I can’t buy my medicine for the month but they just keep taking it out. So disgusted with this company.
