Metrofax gives customers an easy way to send and receive faxes without having a fax machine. Customers can send and receive faxes anywhere online from their mobile device, web browser, or email. A sample fax page can be sent before registering for an account so potential customers can see how it works. Faxed pages are delivered as a PDF that can be saved or printed. The body of the message includes the sender information as well as a preview of the first faxed page. Metrofax services are available to individuals and businesses alike, no matter how big or small.
New customers can begin registration for a free 1-month trial simply by selecting their country (limited to the United States and Canada), state, and area code. Area codes can be specific to a city or region, or can even be a toll-free code such as 888 or 855. Registration continues by setting up the account with an email, name, address, company name (if applicable), and finally payment details. There are three plans to choose from that are based on the number of pages the customer needs faxing. The Essential Plan includes 500 pages and costs $7.95 per month or $79.50 for the year. The Value Plan includes 1000 faxed pages at $12.95 per month or $129.50 per year. The Professional Plan includes 2500 faxed pages at $35.95 per month or $359.50 for the year. These prices start after the free trial month concludes.
