1. Surf naar “Mijn instellingen” (http://www.chatten.nl/prefs.php)
2. Onderaan de pagina staat “Account opzeggen”, vul hier je wachtwoord in en klik op “Volgende”
3. Je ontvangt nu van ons een e-mail met daarin een link, klik deze aan
4. Je account is nu opgezegd
