How to delete your Meet Me account

From their FAQ: If you do cancel your account, it absolutely cannot be recovered.. So, a deactivation that proves to be a deletion again, perhaps fortunately - unless you still have a bunch of virtual currency which you'll probably loose at that point. But heck, virtual currency?! Get a (real) life. :)

Good to know: Non-members may block all email communication from MeetMe by emailing unsubscribe@meetmemail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe."

Publicly visible text/images often aren't properly deleted even when you succeed in deleting an account. Try editing or deleting them manually before deleting the account itself. If you're unsure what happens to your tracks: this can be found mostly in the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy; otherwise you can always contact Meet Me and ask personally. By the way, deletion requests don't necessarily mean your data will actually be deleted (e.g. due to legal obligations).
